EMPLOYEES & EMPLOYERS

The journal “Delavci in delodajalci” (“Employees & Employers”) was founded with the intention to develop and promote scientific research and knowledge in the fields of labour and social law and to promote the dialogue between the academic and research community and the experts in practice as well as the social partners. The journal publishes scientific treatises, research articles, discussions, congress and conference papers, comparative analyses, analyses of legislative, administrative and judicial developments in Slovenia and in the EU, practice – legislation, case law of the Slovenian labour and social courts and of the Court of Justice of the European Union, reviews, reports from conferences, meetings and other relevant events in the fields of labour law, employment policy, social security. The journal also presents the research findings of practical relevance to the practice. The main scientific fields are: labour law, social security, international labour and social law, European labour and social law, fundamental social rights, management.

The journal is published in Slovenian, but summaries and abstracts are available also in English.
